Dha supplement??

I just bought these prenatal vitamins until I go to my doctors appointment on the 11th he's going to prescribe me some I just got these until I get the good ones lol anyways they was on sale I so that's why I got them and it's got 2 supplements ? The softgel is the dha one but it has fish oil and a lot of my family told stay away anytging to do with fish sooo? Could I just take the prenatal vitamin idk about the dha vitamin everyone told me stay away from fish ? So please someone let me know if I could just take the prenatal vitamin
