Nipples on fire

PTgal💜 • Married 6 years, just had my rainbow, a baby girl, in April. Have pcos, endometriosis, low thyroid, and have had 4 mc.
At work and my nipples are on fire, burning and hurting so bad! Rubbing my chest and even heat are barely helping. Any suggestions??? Thanks ladies!!!
