Is eating a turkey sandwich from subway bad?

I'm craving a cold subway turkey sandwich.  With a brocoly cheddar soup on the side. (Omg😍) 
Anyways I heard cold lunch meat is bad? Is this true?

Deli meat has a risk of listeria, however I've had deli meat (not heated) maybe 2 or 3 times since I've been pregnant and we're okay!

Does toasting it make it hot enough to kill bacteria? I thought it had to be steaming hot... Toasted is not steaming hot
