Flushed face

My face has been red, hot and dry, mainly my cheeks and chin, from 7-8 dpo. It comes and goes I'm not sick, its cold where I live... I didn't even go outside them days, I drink enough water and I haven't switched to a new product and haven't done anything that would cause a flushed face. Anyone know if this could be a early pregnancy symptom?
