TTC issues

I was first wondering how you know if you have endometriosis or PCOS? I have been struggling TTC for quite a while and have no idea if I have these disorders.
I was having very long cycle a few months ago, so my gynecologist put me in Northindrone. She said this would help regulate my cycles and prescribed it for 3 months in hopes I'd get pregnant...or I guess that's what she thought. This is month 2. I did have a 28 day cycle last month but I didn't ovulate until Day 20. I feel like thats too late? I haven't ovulated yet this cycle and its day 19.
I just want to know what my next steps should be because it's on my mind constantly and I'm pretty upset daily about it. I just want to feel emotionally better and be pregnant!

I took a digital ovulation test and got the smiley on Day 20 and started my period on Day 28. I'm learning all this I feel like 😢

I haven't heard of that prescription. Yes, a luteal phase of 8 days is too short for implantation usually. Are you sure it was that late that you ovulated? Bbt and opks showed you that? Or a progesterone test which meant you probably ovulated sooner cuz it has to be high to be considered ovulation.
