Is this normal?

I am 14 weeks 2 days. I have an appointment with my doctor next Wednesday. But starting last night I started having pain under my ribs, a few inches above my belly button. It kind of feels like gas or trapped air. It's not a miserable pain, but it has me worried. My entire pregnancy I have had little to NO symptoms! I haven't had any bleeding or cramping. My doctor said its heartburn but usually I have heartburn higher up in my chest. I'm just so worried about my jelly bean! Help!
