12 weeks tons of bleeding placenta lifting

So I started bleeding around 8 wks. Very heavy bright red blood. It comes & goes. It started again Tuesday night. Wednesday I went in baby looked good. Wednesday night I started bleeding again and now I'm cramping. Cramping has not let up I bleed maybe once an hour. I went back to the Dr again baby is fine but Dr thinks that the uterus is lifting. I'm terrified. They think I also have a bleed between the uterus and placenta. Has any one dealt with this?
