The waiting game. Does it make you crazy too?

Question

We are TTC during the 2 week wait (2ww) between your fertile period and getting AF do you feel a bit nutz? I would love to be pregnant but I think surprises give me anxiety. I feel pretty in tune with my body but during the 2ww I just feel a bit crazy(my head is on over drive). Just wondering if anyone else feels this way and how do you make yourself feel more positive.

After my first month of ttc and nt getting pregnant and feeling how sucky it was to notice every symptom and think oh I must be pregnant because I'm nauseous or my boobs hurt and than my period came and I was devastated. It made me realize tht playing the waiting game hurts me more than it helps me. Thinking about it day and night won't up your chances of pregnancy. So I just told myself nt to think about it. To follow the app and tht when the time is right it will happen. Plus the time goes by so much faster when you're nt meditating on it. Tomorrow is my last fertile day. So hopefully this month is the month bt I'm nt gonna sulk in it

The last 4 months of TTC, there's been at least one additional symptom every month (sometimes I wonder if I'm imaging them). Normally I would only experience bloating and crankiness prior to AF. The week before is so overwhelming that BFP needs to happen or AF needs to get on with it so the process can hurry up and start over already!
