ok to start strength training?
I was running regularly before getting pregnant but then stopped due to feeling so miserable with the nausea & exhaustion. Have been walking & doing some yoga since getting preggo, so not a total couch potato. I've never been much of a strength trainer but am feeling the urge to do that now that 2nd tri is here & I'm feeling so much better. Has anyone started a strength training program during pregnancy and what were your resources? Not talking crazy bodybuilding or heavy weights, just trying to keep my muscles from going to total flab...
