My ex just msgd me on Facebook asking me to be his Valentine & that he really wants to see me .. After all the bullshit he has put me through ..i can honestly say he STILL has a place in my heart .. Buttt since we stopped talking on bad terms i messaged him back calling him an Asshole .. He replys Love you too ! .. reading his message i smiled but thought at the same time he really is no good for me .. My question to u ladies is .. Why do u think he keeps coming back? It's been going on for the past 3yrs .. We stop talking then I'll randomly hear from him & i can't help but reply he's so charming but yet so evil!  .. I wish he would Change .

This happened to me a long time ago before I met my husband. I dated a guy for awhile we broke up and every once in awhile we'd start talking again out of no where and it seemed like nothing changed. This went on for years of us taking and hanging out for a few weeks then not talking for six months then talking again.  Anyways he always ended up treating me badly and that's why we'd stop talking. I eventually learnt my lesson and kept him in the past. He was an ex for a reason. Hope this helps.

Same thing has happened to me. My ex still contacts me often and I'm married now. He knows I don't appreciate it and knows it's inappropriate of him to contact me. I just ignore him. Even before I was with my husband, I got to a place where I would ignore the ex's attempts to talk and be together because it won't go anywhere. He strung me along for too long. Don't do it. Just ignore him.

Have you taken him back in the past ? If he feels like you're a sure thing and that you'll keep forgiving him he'll keep using you until you put a stop to it. If he was really there because he loved you and cared you wouldn't have to ask if you should take him back or talk to him. You'd know it was right. People generally ask for advice when they're looking for someone to convince them that it's okay instead of going with what you feel in the first placeb
