Yes or no?!

So I know the second line is pretty light but it's there tho right?! The only thing that I'm kinda wondering about is that it didn't pop up as soon as I put pee on it, it took a little longer for the line to pop up. With my first child the line came right up but this one didnt. Can there be a false positive? And I've been testing every week too and when I took one last Sunday it was negative so could it just be that I'm not that far along? We've been trying so long and I just pray this is it! Opinions please?! And thanks in advance :)
