Painful comment by mother..Mothers, what would drive you to say this.

Even though the comment wasn't directed to me, my mom told my brother, if he wasn't her son, she'd hate him...but that isn't that a lie she's telling herself?

Can you really lose love for your child....why would she say this?

She's said a lot of kean things to him; I hate you, you make me want to hate you, you are going to be the death of me and so on.

I know for a fact, if she could only have 1, she'd pick me and I despise that. We're twins and to know he isn't as loved as me ,makes me feel like I've failed him as his older twin.
