10 months post Vasectomy reversal

Alright ladies I need some encouragement. ..my husband had a vasectomy reversal April 2014.. we go this afternoon for our 10 month post surgery checkup and sperm analysis... last August we had a zero sperm. .last November we had only dead sperm and pieces of sperm.. our doctor was not happy with the results and feels as if there is scar tissue and the sperm is backing up and dying :( ...has anyone gone through this and got good news at 10 months??
