Could it be to early?

On the 29th which was 2 days late I had what my mom said was implantation bleeding..I normally have very heavy periods..I did have some abdominal pain that morning then gone by afternoon. I've had very mild nausea..frequent urination..I can see the veins in my breasts all over and my chest..I took a pregnancy test just a littlw while ago and it was negative..did I take It way to early?
