Puppy disturbs?

Hey, I got a pretty 8 week old puppy last weekend. She's sweet, she's gift for us, for sure. However, we're a newlywed couple and try to have a baby. Because of the puppy, I'm afraid we won't have so many chances.. We live in one-room apartment and the puppy sleeps right next to us. My question is, do anyone have sex in front of/next to your pet especially puppy? If so, you try not to move or say anything...? Oops it sounds super silly question, but, I'm 32yo woman. I'm serious, you know...

You really should train your puppy right from the beginning to sleep beside you on the floor. A comfy doggie bed beside you on the floor so you can reach over and pat/comfort them at any time. You will really regret having them in the bed when your baby comes along and your dog will suffer more from anxiety and rejection because you haven't set boundaries before hand to prepare them for your babies arrival. One minute it's got reign of the bed, next this little baby creature thing has all your attention AND its bed! Think ahead.

Unlike humans, animals don't give a rats ass about sexuality.  Particularly dogs,  they hump to show dominance in general,  not just to reproduce.  Fuck away, I assure the dog -nor any other pet, cares. If it does bother them (say he's on the bed with you, and the movement irratates him) they'll get off the bed or leave the room.

Crate training worked really well for my puppy. They will cry, especially when they are that young, but if you keep the crate in your bedroom at night the first few weeks, then move it to a neural place and switch to a bed once the pup is housebroken, they feel very safe in there.

We have a brand new puppy too. The first month or two is tough, but after that it really doesn't matter because she's old enough to entertain herself.

We have a 6 yr old dog too and he knows not to jump on the bed during hanky panky. If he's there when he start, he's polite and leaves. The puppy not so much, she either goes in the crate or the bathroom for that period. Once she's old enough to follow his direction, those wont be necessary.

We don't worry about being quiet or anything, they're dogs. I'm not worried about scaring them emotionally 😊

By the way, just in case you are worried, the older dog is a male and he's never decided to replicate our behavior.

Our dog sleeps in his crate in our room. He tends to start barking during our "Sexy time" because he gets jealous if we even kiss.  Our cat usually just leaves the room, but sometimes he's stubborn and just curls up in the corner of the bed haha!  I guess we've just given up and don't care anymore. What happens, happens!
