BD tonight too?

According to OPK's my peak was Sunday. We BD on Sunday when I got the positive OPK at night, but we had already BD that morning. I know you are supposed to leave atleast a day in between for SO to build up heathy strong sperm. I didn't get home from work yesterday until 1130pm and hubby didn't feel well. Is it effective to BD later tonight? Or is it too late after my peak?? Thanks!
