Nocturnal emissions?

Okay so, nocturnal emissions is obviously the term for when guys climax in their sleep, but have any of you ladies orgasmd in your sleep?

It happens once in a blue moon for me but it's happened three times in the past week. It may be helpful to know I'm also 6 weeks 2 days, and of course there's more blood flow down there and I'm dreaming much more intensely.

Not complaining, but I can't be the only one. Thing of it is with my first pregnancy I was horny as hell and couldn't get enough. This pregnancy I feel so gross and my sex drive has taken a nose dive, so it's a little frustrating, like I'm wasting it.

However for as tired as I am, it's nice to get the carrot with out the work :p
