So this is my first post but I felt compelled to give some feedback on my HSG exam today (given the horrible anxiety I had from the horror stories I had read). The exam took no more than 10 minutes and the "pain" can be described as no more than mild, very mild cramping (for me at least). The good news is my tubes seemed to be clear; however, they found either a polyp or fibroid so need to wait to speak to the doc. Just wanted to post a good and not painful experience on here. By the way, I didn't take any pain meds prior to the exam.
