High FSH / premature ovarian failure

Hi ladies - I'm new here so thank you in advance for reading my post. I have recently been diagnosed with premature ovarian failure (dysfunction) with extremely high FSH levels and am devastated. I am blessed to already have a 3 year old but my husband and I have been trying for a second for over a year and this recent news has been very difficult for me. I am determined to stay positive! : ) I've started acupuncture and a ton of herbal supplements. Anyone else here with high FSH levels that they've been able to bring down and/ diagnosed with POF? My last period was 12/19 and I've had genetic testing etc done which came back normal (which is great news) but Drs have no idea why my FSH is so high. TIA!
