Packing your bags??

Question

When are you packing your bags and putting the car seat in the car?

I'm 34 weeks on Tuesday and my midwife told me last week it should have been done and needs to be done ASAP. I was surprised and thought having it done by 36 weeks would be plenty of time, although I know bubs could really come at any time.

37 weeks and am going to do the car seat installation today. My diaper bag currently has wipes lol. I'm a slacker too

I have thrown a going home outfit for him in a bag and some socks. I'm not taking much just makeup bag (with shampoo, tooth brush, etc.) 2 sets of comfy clothes, underwear and electronics charger. I'm sure I'll need something to keep me busy while I'm pacing back and forth with contractions, so I'll just pack it then. The hospital has most stuff me and the baby will need and if not there's a walgreens close. I'm more worried about my toddler's over night bag for the sitter. I can deal with forgetting my mascara, but she can't deal without her blankey.

I'm 37 weeks with my 3rd and haven't packed or put car seat in the car yet.  I was actually thinking about doing it tomorrow :).

My OB told me to have them done by 35 weeks. Can't completely pack my bag, because I use the stuff that would go in it, so I'm making a list of what to throw in last minute and posting it on the fridge. The base for the seat is easy to install, so the hubby can put that in when he comes home to grab the seat before we get discharged.

I'm 38 weeks and just packed my bag last night. Haven't gotten a diaper bag yet and the car seat is still sitting in the box. I'm slackin 😬

I had the baby bag packed at 34 weeks, mine is half packed and I have a list of things we need to grab quickly when I go into labor! I'm 37w3d now!

Baby and husbands stuff packed. Need my stuff and snacks packed. Just wrote instructions for my dad to watch my 2 year old and made a plan of attack for when I go into labor. Still need car fixed for car seat, cuz only one fits in my current working car and my 2 year old needs it...getting scary close! 38 weeks on Monday!
