Fertility gel and pre seed.
I can't stress enough on how this helped me get pregnant. Ok could of been just a fluke that I was trying for 6 months but the month I used the fertility gel I fell pregnant. My little boy is 3 weeks old. I'm so in love with him. 
Fertity gel acts like a river or a stream (Fish can't swim without a river) I believed the gel acted as a helping hand like a river to get thoes sperm to the right place. If you have been told by the doctors you have a medical reason you can't get pregnat then this may not be for you (well I do believe in miracals so worth a go maybe) insert the gel on your most fertile days. You can insert it discreatly just before your about to have sex.
