Dh just infected me with his cold/sore throat and im trying to stop it before it gets worse!

I called my doctor he said cloraseptic spray or lozenges and benedryl is safe. That's what I took when I was sick.

If you Google meds that are safe during pregnancy it gives you a list of what is safe and what is not or just call your doctors office or the nurses hot line and they can tell you what you can take. I know the nurses hot line is 24/7

I had that 2 weeks ago and I gargled with warm salt water and took elderberry syrup.

There really isn't much you can take. Gargle salt water and suck on cough drops.

Honey and lemon in hot water... Natural!!

I try to put as much lemon in it as I can handle with enough honey to make it palatable..

I swear by this as I can't take normal cold/cough medicine normally!!
