Miscarriage

I went into the ER this evening, and to make my story short, doctor said my HCG level is not where it's supposed to be for 5 weeks pregnant. I was leveling at 64 when I'm supposed to be at 1000. He said its most likely a miscarriage..is there any chance to save my pregnancy?
