Anyone else already buying baby stuff?

This is our second so we don't plan to have another shower. We keep joking about having a sprinkle haha invite people over to grill out and bring a little something like an outfit or whatever. Anyways I purchased all the big stuff with income tax money. Like the car seat, a cot for the bed side, I picked up breast milk bags and nipple cream, some gender neutral hats and outfits, and a few other yada yada things like a tub and a car kit like nail clippers etc. anyways, anyone else already buying stuff? What have you got!? Anything special you plan to get?
