So I watched this whole documentary on YouTube with a friend's recommendation and it really is food for thought. What do you all have in mind as far as how you would like to give birth? J, any recommendations or stories from yours? Were you able to move or were you bed confined while in the hospital (I know not the perfect picture of normal as you had twins). I just have a lot of info to chew on now.
