Not sure if I'm sick or going into labor? 😣😫

So it's 12:15 in the middle of the night, I woke up suddenly about 30-45 minutes ago real nauseous & felt like I was either going to puke or needed to poop! I went to the bathroom and tried to poop, sorry tmi but I couldn't. I sat there for a while with stomach cramps, and the urge to poop, but nothing came out! I have a feeling of a uti, but no pain when peeing just pressure kind of. I got done in the bathroom and went out put wood in the stove, and ran back to the bathroom with the same urge, nothing ever did come out. I'm not sure what's going on because I've never been pregnant before? Someone tell me if it sounds normal or not, I'm back in bed trying to be quiet, not sure if I wake hubby up or just try and go back to sleep? Thanks in advance!
