My update.

So after my progesterone levels showed I didn't ovulate last cycle I was put on 5mg of Letrozole CD3-7 I went in CD12 for my ultrasound to see how my body reacted to the meds. I had a 15.5mm and a 12.5mm follicles. 3 hrs later I got a positive opk.

Follicles develop about 1.5mm a day and they want it to be at least about 18 or 20 to ovulate.

So with a positive opk and the biggest follicle being a 15.5mm I'm worried I didn't/wont ovulate this cycle either. The doctor agrees that I shouldn't have gotten a positive opk that day. I have a progesterone test next week and she wants me to get a prolactin test done. So I'm still kinda in the dark.
