Gorgonzola cheese?

I've read that soft cheeses like gorgonzola or brie are not safe unless they're made with pasteurized milk...but would  restaurants serve cheese that's unpasteurized? I'm going out for Italian tonight and want a good pizza so I'm questioning the cheeses...

If you live in the US, it's nearly impossible to find unpasteurized cheese. You'd have to try really hard at a farmers' market.

It's very rare to find unpasteurized cheese in America. If you are worried you can always ask the waiter/waitress to verify the cheese is pasturized.

The servers and chef will be able to let you know if it's pasteurized. I was just at Lisa Vanderpumps restaurant called Pump and asked our server.
