TCC and questions

I was diagnosed with endo when I was 15 and im 25 now. I have been on birth control simce 15..i came off in september of 14. This is feb - so 5 months ago. My question is: how long should i wait before getting concerned and talking with my dr about not getting pregnant? Yes- i am keeping up with the ov days and such on here. Having sex before during and afyer the fertile time frame.
