Special needs/behavior kids in school

Ok so I'm a parent of kids that have classmates with problems and I want to know your thoughts.
Yeah yeah everyone should be included, everyone has a right... Blah blah blah Before you go blowing that horn, what about kids that make your child's classroom unsafe or totally disruptive? What if they scream and throw things and rip things off the walls and throw poop from their diaper/yes they are still diapered in grade 1/ and hit/bite kids (and lots more) and your child's class has to evacuate the room? To be safe!
Yes I have personally seen this from one child. I won't say what they have otherwise it will turn into "I'm an auntie of kid with blank and I'm proud" crap. (So I'm talking about extreme cases. Not kids that needs a little help)
Yes teachers and their helpers should get support for them and whether or not they get the right support or training is one thing,.. It still doesn't stop that special needs child from taking away from your child's needs and help and learning at school. Have we gone too far on supporting every child at school? What is so wrong with special needs schools? Maybe we should have them back? So staff have proper resources and support for them.
Sure there are some kids that can be included for the most part, but what about the extreme cases?
And for those that are going to use this as an opportunity to preach private school.. I ask you how many special needs/behavior kids actually get to go there or stay once they are denned to be challenging.
