Could I give him something?

I had sex with my boyfriend without a condom yesterday because I have the depo shot. For a little bit I had been experiencing itching and burning down there. I went to the doctor. I came up clean for the std check and my symptoms started to go away. The doctors office called me today and said I have a urinary tract infection and they found blood in my urine but I had my period when they took the test so they aren't sure if the test was accurate. Even if I did have one could I give my boyfriend the infection or no?
