Day 74 please help seeking advice

Here I am day 74 with no period all tests I have taken are negative which are only home pregnancy tests last night i was almost in enough pain to go to the er I didn't through because once my over the counter pain meds kicked in I could sleep and now it seems to be ok what the pain was it was behind my belly button and then it felt like someone give me a dead leg on my hip and I had like a numb /achy pain all the way up to my shoulder all the way down to my ankle and also once in awhile I could feel a pain across my lower stomach but now the only pain I feel this morning is on my hip anyone have any ideas all I know is my AF still has not came yet(learn more on Glow: https://glowing.com)
