When to check CM

Hey ladies! Just curious when the best time to check and record cm... I feel like if im not turned on at all then im what glow would consider "dry" but once the "adventure" begins i find it getting different. After a nice O its what glow woyld consider "watery" or "sticky" (at 6 DPo).. So when do you usually record you CM?
