Is it possible to have implantation bleeding just after my period??

It was about a day after my period and when I wiped I had brown looking discharge and a bright red line of blood kind of looks like a vein, never had that happen before. Now I'm getting cramps and body aches. TMI - also have sex more than once a week and TTC

No it's not.  Implantation is what releasing more hormones so your period doesn't happen.  Old blood and new blood like that are common during and after a period.  Your period may not be over.  Your period can change every month.  I had cycles that were regular and 7-8 days long.  Then all of a sudden they went to 1-3 days then no bleeding for 1-3 days then back to full flow for 4 days.
