My doctor gave me prentals to help me prepare for the process of getting pregnant. I don't always take them I'm bad with taking pills. I have a 90 day supply but because I forget to take my one a day pill I have like half a bottle left I would say a little less then a month left. I start December and I was wondering if the prentals expire? And do they really help?
