Opinions on meds to take while ttc

So as my husband and I have been trying for a year now we now see a specialist. Our specialist told us to take a prenatal, a folic acid pill and also a baby aspirin each day. But I  hearing from more than one person that I shouldn't take all of this. Too much can block fertility. Opinions please!! Also anyone ever heard of taking gerotal ttc and if so any success stories??
