Maca Root Capsules???

I ordered come maca root capsules the other day and plan to start taking them instead of my BC I only use it to regulate my periods but I want to try to see if something more natural will help. Has anyone ever used it? And what was your experience?

Are you still use this. I use this for like six months and later found out that people use this for their in fraternity because they can't have kids. It helped my menstrual periods. But my friend used it in right after me and she now has a three-month-old so be careful.

I put the powder in my smoothies. I'm not sure I've been taking it long enough to know if it helps to regulate my cycle, but my skin has cleared up a ton and I feel great! Good luck!
