Ok ladies, I am a pretty modest person when it comes to things happening in the bathroom, but I'm desperate! I'm 30, eat pretty healthy and just restarted a vigorous exercise routine to help me lose a few pounds, and this painful itching sensation just started last night. I immediately figured out this is what it was, I actually just experienced this awful pain for the first times several months ago. My question for you guys, do you have any at-home remedies that helped relieve the pain? I researched and found a few things I'm trying...this makes me nervous when I do get pregnant if I'll get these continuously, I'll be ready to hurt someone, I wish this pain on no one!!! Any tips would be greatly appreciated 😊😊
