Need help, please...

I had a weird, very short period this month but a period nonetheless. I took this test simply to know before an acupuncture appointment tomorrow. It was taken in the afternoon, so not FMU. My husband and I can both see something but aren't sure if we're making it up. I'd appreciate help, please. No answer will offend me, I'm just confused.
