Scared please help?

So me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive for about a year now. So I had a miscarriage back in July of last year and now ever since I had the DNC my periods seem to be shorter and when I bleed sorry for the TMI it is a grainy sand like blood? It lasts for about 3-5 days and my cycles are not regular they are anywhere between 22-25 days long.:. I'm worried I can't conceive anymore 😣 maybe I'm over thinking things? I already have a 3 year old daughter.... So I know I can but I think the DNC may have left scar tissue? I hope I'm just scaring myself :( but every month it's a big fat negitive!
