Paranoia ... Pregnancy scare

Me and my boyfriend had sex about 3-4 weeks ago he didn't ejaculate in me but on my lower belly ( I'm sorry for all this information ) & I felt a little ooze in to the top of my vagina I didn't completely feel it but I thought I did .. So I brought the take action pill which is the same thing as plan b took it a day after the sex , but my period is late I took pregnancy tests they say I'm not pregnant but my period is still not here what should I do should I worry ?
