I normally get hot flashes when I ovulate and before my period. It is a very annoying thing that happens and I tend to avoid people during that time because it's so embarrassing to sweat in front of people. I do suffer with anxiety so I guess that's why I get more nervous.Now that I am pregnant it is happening everyday. There is no reason why I get hot and it just happens. I feel very uncomfortable  and I start to sweat. I noticed my face is getting red. Just wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing.
