Pregnancy question ☺️

I had a back surgery about 7/8 years ago . I was wondering if I could get pregnant like any other female could .. I have this metal thing holding my spine together ( I got this from Google but it's something similar to what I have) I know some of you might say go ask your doctor, I'll see my doctor next year 😐 would I have any complications if I do get pregnant?
