Watch the scale!!
I turn 21 in fifty days and I want to look good!! 😅 I weigh 141lbs right now but I really want to lose 15-20lbs. I started going to the community center in my town yesterday and walked/jogged 3.5 miles and I plan to do this 3-4 times a week and watch what I eat.
