Cramps, 10-15 days late?

Samantha • Just had first baby Oct. 22, now trying to avoid getting pregnant!
Depending on which app I look at, I'm either 10 or or 15 days late. I usually have mild cramps for about 3 days before I start, but I've been having intense cramps for about a week--so bad it makes me nauseous. I'm not sue when i would have conceived because I stopped tracking when my fiance and i have sex because we recently stopped TTC. Could it just b that I'm really late, or could n be pregnant? Is cramping like this in earl pregnancy 'normal'?
