How common is early labour?

A family friend of mine had her baby at 24 or 27 weeks. I'm absolutely terrified of having my baby early. Im 25 weeks, I have had a very mentally stressful time throughout my pregnancy and have been extremely angry. I have been told stress can for obvious reasons be bad but can it bring labour on?
