Second cycle after miscarriage...

So today Should be my second period post miscarriage...when i went to the bathroom about two hours ago there was some pinkish blood...now nothing. I really want my period to start so i can schedule saline ultra sound...anyone with any experience with second period follwong miscarriage...i have a polyp as well...just wanting to talk about it with anyone with experience 😉
