My boyfriend has recently become obsessed with food coloring. He puts it in just about everything we eat ( eggs, potatoes, pancakes). I've been eating these colored foods for about a month and a half and just now am wondering if it's ok for me to consume. I know I should've done research before consuming the colored foods, and definitely shouldn't have waited this long to find out, but better late than never, right?
Any and all advice is welcome.
