I am 18 weeks 2 days, I've been sitting  on the couch for a couple hours (I'm getting over a cold), suddenly after getting up for a drink im having sharp pains in my abdomen. No bleeding but if I move just the slightest bit these pains shot through my side. Round ligament pain or more to be concerned about?
