Is this normal back pain?

I'm 25+2 weeks and just about 30 minutes ago I started getting really sharp pains on and off in my lower back (a little ways above my tail bone) that radiates around to both hips. I have hada lot of back pain through my pregnancy but this is different. I have polycystic kidney disease and have cysts covering both kidneys and a few cysts on both ovaries. I just want to make sure this is normal and not something I should be really concerned about. This is my first pregnancy and I'm just worried about every little thing.
